November Weekend 10k Not Awarded

The description says "do a 10k running during nov 27 to nov 29". According to the description (and my experience), I should have got the badge as soon as I finished my 10k yesterday(nov 27), but no. I thought it may be time zone problem, so I did a 30k running today(nov 28), still not awarded. Editted the activity but did not work. Help me please :-(

    So.....maybe it's a ghost badge that doesn't even exist. :-(

  • The activities aren't public so we can't see them.

Did you log your activities with a Garmin device?

  • Ah...I'm sorry i forgot...They are now set visible.

Yes, I use a FR245M...All the activities are logged with this device. Synch everyday with Connect on Android and Express on Windows.

Just now I did another 10k run, still not awarded...maybe it's time to let it go.

    And I found something new:

    1. There is no process bar under the badge icon as shown in the picture, compared with other unfinished badges.

    2. This badge is not shown in the Available list. It is shown only in Challenge page.

3.In the Connect App, when I click the badge icon, instead of showing the detail, the App says "Error Occurred".

    So.....maybe it's a ghost badge that doesn't even exist. :-(

The activities look fine. Both of them. However, you are on the server garmin.cn, which is maintained independently of the main garmin.com, with own databases. So it is possible that the badge was not included on garmin.cn. The best you can do is contacting the local support and asking them about it.
