What's the best activity to log home workout?

Hi guys, just bought a garmin forerunner 945, super excited about it.

What's the best activity to log in a home workout using body weight and resistance bands. I'm using cardio right now but wondering if there's one especially for physical workout.

Oh and while im here, when it sync with strava I only have elapsed time as a data. Is there a way to sync more data?

  • I'm using Strength for that since the focus of the exercises is to build strength. I use cardio for higher intensity activities that don't have their own types.

    Strava is the one that fetches data from Garmin. What data are you missing in Strava?

    For Strength I get time and heart rate synced to Strava.
