Also, do you have a powermeter connected to the Fenix?
The powermeter of my home-trainer is connected to my Fenix 6. All my cycling activities recorded up to now have power recorded in GC.
I have this issue since the Firmware 12.20 update of my Fenix.
I follow a training plan with Zwift for 12 weeks since begin of october with FTP improving de exercice.
As you can see on the screen capture there are no more FTP Data calculated since the 23rd of October, the day where I did the Firmware update.

If you suspect the firmware update, you should better post to the Fenix 6 forum instead of here, and ask if anyone else had the same problems after the update. If not, then it is probably just a coincidence.
You should also try restating the watch, if you did not do it since the update. It is always good precaution, to restart the watch after the update. The Master Reset would be another possibility, but that is more aggressive, and it would delete all your settings, and customizations, as well as VO₂max data.

So I have called GARMIN customer service, and it seems not to be a problem from last firmware update.
All activities I did since the 20th of October have well the FTP data been recorded (in the FENIX 6 PRO and in the activities). However the FTP curve in GC App and Web version are not updated anymore since 20th of October. Customer service think it is more a GC issue, someone from Techincal service client shoudl call me back in coming days. I will keep my post update according to.
