Virtual Climb Badge not rewarded .... what did I do wrong?

Hi all,

Sorry if this is already answered elsewhere, If so; I could not find it.

I was hoping to unlock a virtual climb badge tonight, with this activity: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/5872807882

But nothing happened. What did I miss?

Thanks in advance for any clue.

That's Virtual Running Activity. It won't work for Climbing badges. You have to change the type to Floor Climbing, though I am not quite sure whether the elevation gain and ascent from the virtual run will be preserved. Try it. If not, do a true floor climbing activity (indoors measured with the barometric altimeter, or outdoors, where you can also enable the GPS).
