Settings missing in the IQ store programs

Settings are missing after installation of any programs... I cannot configure anything as the option has gone missing from today... any one else seeing this? 

  • Have the same problem. On all my installed watch faces the settings option on connect IQ has disappeared. 

  • Thanks for your conformation.. it's not just me then.... I cleared cache and restarted my phone... but no change.. I did report it to the developers on the android play store in the hope that they read it... 

  • Me too mate. I tried rebooting my Edge and nothing. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the iq app. Still nothing. The "settings" button has gone from all the apps. 

  • Recently (yesterday), I noticed that the "Settings" option for my CIQ watch faces has disappeared for all faces installed from Connect IQ.  I've noticed that this has been a problem in the past, but have been unable to find a resolution.

    I have tried the following:  Switched to a native face instead of CIQ face before attempting to access face settings.  Restarted watch.  Restarted CIQ app, both soft and force restart.  Uninstalled and reinstalled face.  Restarted phone.  Enabled and disabled bluetooth

    None of these have been successful.  I have a Fenix 5 Sapphire with WiFi, and both the watch firmware and CIQ software are fully updated.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    Same here on my Fenix. 6. Don't wait for assistance from Garmin. They are usually busy with their finger in the nose.

  • Well, the user forum is indeed not a good place for contacting the Customer Support. Rather contact them directly - best using the phone or the chat. If nobody reports the problem to them, it may take a moment before they find it out.

    Same here. This is really annoying...

  • Product support told me that only one other person has reported the issue.... so its not such high priority at the moment.. 

    I've sent them everything they asked me for...files.. screenshots..device information.. etc....

    Have the same problem
