Instinct solar sleep pulse ox not recording or not sending data to garmin app.

I have a new instinct solar and i have it set to my preferred device. I have the sleep pulse ox setting enabled. It wont sync with my app or read. It shows my sleep pattern but not the pulse ox. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.
