Garmin Connect - Cannot add device Edge 510

Just recently my Garmin Edge 510 was Factory Reset. When I try to add the device again to Garmin Connect it doesn't add the device.

In my Android phone, when I try to pair via Garmin Mobile connect it connects via Bluetooth then disconnects afterwards and setup paring failed.

In Windows Garmin Express, when I try to add device it detects Edge 510 but an error occurred "We're unable to add device because our servers are unavailable at this time."
