Bluetooth watch and headphones not working

Watch does not connect with bluetooth headphone. Watch does have a connection with bluetooth, and does work with other devices. So does the headphone. They both work seperately, but they don't seem to be working together anymore.

Vivoactive 4s. Has been working perfectly for the last six months, up until two days ago.

Headphone has bluetooth 5.0 by the way.

Hi, did you resolve this issue?? I've got a vivoactive 3 music and jabra elite 65t active headphone. Never missed a beat all last year. Stopped running in November so they've both been in a drawer. Got them out a couple of weeks back, charged them both up no problem. Used once - fine, tried them last week couldn't get them to pair. Tried loads of time to pair th again bt to no avail.

Sadly no. It still isn't working. I also put them away for a few weeks. Then tried again and it worked, for like 5 minuten. Then I switched them off and on again to see if they would pair again, but no. I have no idea. Garmin Customer service haven't got a clue either.
