My Garmin vivoactive music 3 watch no longer has the Bluetooth icon

My Garmin vivoactive music 3 watch no longer has the Bluetooth icon. Have shut down both watch and phone several times. Phone does display Bluetooth so issue is not phone. Have had Garmin watch over a year with no issue. How do I restore the icon?
