My Vivosmart HR did NOT change time this fall!!

My Vivosmart HR did NOT change time when it changed from EDT to EST. Is there anyone who can help?

My phone (Samsung S10+ 5g) automatically changed and I thought my HR would also, but nope!!

Hoping somebody will be able to help!!
