Hello,
after to update to sw 5.30 my vivoactive 4 are not able to connect with my Android. I switched off and switched on my watch/phone/bluetooth etc., but a problem persist. Is any way, how to solve it? Is available a log, troubleshooting or diagnostic tools?

  • Is available a log, troubleshooting or diagnostic tools?

Yes, in GC Mobile Menu » Settings. tap the Device Sync Audit. Note that you can not only scroll it down and up, but you can also review the history by going left or right.

There are no actual informations, only last success synchronization :-( I made factory default the vivoactive 4, remove from the app garmin mobile connect (android) and I am not able to add my watch to mobile. Somethink is wrong after updat with bluetooth connection. Any Ideas? :-(

  • I am not able to add my watch to mobile.

Remove it first from Garmin Connect Mobile, and then add again. Before doing it though, remove any existing pairing to the watch also from Android's Bluetooth menu. Then make sure to initialize the pairing from the watch, and not from Android's BT menu! Follow the original installation instructions from your user manual.

I solved that a few minutes before your answer. The problem was in paired settings in android. I had to remove paired device, than my vivoactive 4 device was able to connect to mobile. Thank you for your time and help :-)
