How do I choose the activity I want to share in Strava app,

Hi, I want to unshare some of my activity to Strava ( like meditation sail etc ... )
Where can I set up to share a specific activity and not the others to Strava ?
Or how Can I choose to not public share some specific activity in Strava ?

A way could be to make your training in Strava private and then make ones you like to share public.

Strava pulls every synced activity from Garmin's API. Currently, you have to delete (at Strava) the ones you do not wish to keep.
