Unable to send Workouts from App to Watxh

Hi,
I am unable to send the Workouts from Garmin connect App to the Garmin Vivoactive 3 element watch. The message reads as 'Not Compatible' below which it writes vivoactive 3 element. I am am using Redmi 7 pro version mobile set.
Please advice

What type of workout?

All type of workouts, be it strength training or yoga.

Certain types of workouts, such as yoga, are not available on the vivoactive 3

Thanks, but I am unable to sent even Strength Workouts. It's says not compatible. Tried following the steps on the tutorial but didn't help. Have written to the customer support and waiting to hear a resolution
