Heart Rate Data Not Transferring to Garmin Connect

Heart rate data suddenly stopped being transferred to the Garmin Connect app on November 1st after a run. It hasn't transferred ANY heart rate data since that time. The app can see a live heart rate though. The data IS being transferred to Garmin via wifi and is on the device itself. Suggestions?

Same problem here, tried the instructions from trux, this did not solve the problem. Everything else but heart rate history is working properly.

Same problem here, tried the instructions from trux, this did not solve the problem. Everything else but heart rate history is working properly.

I have the same issue, everything transfers to the app except the daily heart rate. It stopped working on November 4

You can also try freeing some space on the device - by deleting old activities from the folder //GARMIN/Activity/ when connected over the USB cable. Otherwise, this document handles the most frequent cause of such problems: Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

You can also review Sync Audits on the app (Menu » Settings » Device Sync Audit), and check them for errors and warnings, especially those referring to the monitoring file.

If it does not help, just contact the Customer Support.

I have the same issue, everything transfers to the app except the daily heart rate. It stopped working on November 4

I did a hard reset on the watch and fixed the HR issue
