Training plans created and functioning in app do not sync to my 1030 plus

The storage on the device could be full, there is a maximum number of workouts that the device can hold. Try cleaning up the folder //GARMIN/Workouts on the device

Thanks for the response, I checked at lunch and have plenty of storage left, I cleared out activities just in case.

Not activities, you need to clear the workouts, as I wrote. There is apparently a limit  of workouts it can hold (it may differ from device to device)

As I wrote - there is a limit of workouts the device can hold, so you will have to take care to clean up the folder, when you need to send new workouts to it. No idea why it does not happen automatically.

I get it, just seems odd that a device with 30gb of storage will only hold ~50 calendar events.  Thanks for the responses

I think the storage size is not the issue. As you tell it makes no sense at devices with that big memory. The developpers probably wanted to avoid, that you have to scroll forever when you enter the Workouts menu and try to select a workout manually, hence they've set a limit for the upload. However, they forgot to implement a clean up routine, and they forgot to implement some kind of error message explaing the user why he cannot upload any new workout. Garmin is possibly not even aware of the problem, so you may want to contact the Customer Support and report it to them.
