Stress and Body Battery are not showing up in the last days in my Instinct smartwatch. Hiw can i reactivate them?

Good morning, 

I bought a Garmin Instinct smartwatch and I find it Just Great. 

It's my first step in Garmin world and im discovering new things every day. 

I find Very usedul Stress and Body Battery data but they don't show up since last Saturday, 7th November.

I tried to find options to activate them but don't know where to go. 

Can you please help me on this?

  • Hi 1104776, many thanks for your message. Actually I partially solved it.

    I mean, sometimes it happens (once every 6-8 weeks more or less) and the easiest solution is just to switch off the watch for a while (I think 15 minutes is enough) and when I swith it on again the problem is gone.

    The first time it happened I received from Garmin Support the procedure to Reset the Smartwatch (with the details for not to lose data). I did it and it worked. After a while it happened again but I tried a shorter way. So I realized that just switching it off the problem disappears.

    I have to say i wear it 24/7 and remove it just when I have to give power to the battery. I never switch it off, and maybe that's why this problem comes out...

  • This happened to me also. I was showing no data for all of april. Followed the steps above and it started showing data again. Only for the day i reset it all. It didnt seem to back date though

  • Thanks, it worked for me too. I did have to re-establish Garmin pay. Don’t know why I bothered since  I already have Apple Pay!
