My forerunner 35 Bluetooth and laps

My forerunner 35 Bluetooth continually loses connection then reconnects.

Today on my run it it did not capture my laps on a 6 mile run only the initial stats.

I need an answer to this question too! Can we hear from Garmin on it. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that this is an issue and we have to provide answers ourselves, not Garmin!

Suggest contacting Garmin Directly. Phone or chat options work best. Forerunner® 35 | Garmin Customer Support

Though Garmin staff occasionally respond on the forums, this is more of a user-to-user site.

As for the OP's original issue, this appears to be 2 different things. Capturing laps is done on the watch regardless of the Bluetooth connection. The issue might be after the activity is completed and attempting to send to Garmin Connect over Bluetooth to the phone. If that is the issue you're having, you might try sending manually to Garmin Connect Web to see if there is an issue with a corrupt activity file - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
