My Vivosmart + is syncing but not updating the time on the device

I followed the guidance in the manual, but try as I might I cannot get my Vivosmart +to display the correct time of day!

If it is Vivosmart HR+, then you have to go out and turn on the GPS. It syncs the time with the GPS satellites

It is Vivomove HR.
