Garmin Instinct Tactical notifications are not received after installing the latest update 11.00

Good afternoon! After installing the latest update 11.00, SMS and WhatsApp notifications from Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 6.0.1) stopped receiving on my Garmin Instinct Tactical device, all permissions are enabled.

Does not seem to be a probelm of the firmaware (notification on my Instinct with v11) work fine. You can try some tips mentioned in the thread Notifications, but if you are persuaded the firmware upgrade is the reason, you can downgrade to the previous version - browse the Instinct forum for the thread offering the v11 beta - the download packages always contain the fallback previous firmware version. Not sure though whether it is available for the tactical version though. If not, contact the Support and ask them for the file.

Good afternoon! I tried to install the 10.10 update from the new firmware file, but after installation the clock does not sync with the phone, since the Garmin Connect version has also been updated. And after a while, the watch was automatically updated again to version 11.00 and immediately synchronized with the phone. So it's not that simple. We'll have to wait for a decision from the manufacturer. And I contacted the support service three times, but did not receive an answer.
