HR data no appearing on my Garmin app

My HR data is not coming up on my app display. It stopped working 5 days ago. I have reinstalled the app but still nothing.

What's going on?

The most common reason for such behaviour is a duplicate account. Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

The link you provided does not work and produces an "Internal Server Error" when accessed. Can you provide a new link?

If a page doesn't work you can test if it works better with another language/locale. I changed en-IE to en-GB and that works.
