When I try and pair the Edge 520 Pro with Garmin Connect app, the app shuts down. Using Oppo A77 phone.

I select the device in Garmin Connect and the app shuts down. I've tried re installing the app but app continues to shut down when the progress bar appears.

You could try an older version of the Garmin Connect Mobile app from a public APK archive such as the http://apkmirror.com or http://apkssl.com There may perhaps be a yet unknown incompatibility in the latest version of the app with certain phones.
