Resolved, cleared the cache and it updated.

Looks like a connectivity problem. Check out the data connection, check out permissions to use the mobile data for Garmin Connect Mobile, or try connecting over the WiFi, instead of using moble data. Try Garmin Connect Web. Check out the Status from your location.
