How do I change watch to English language

I have the vioactive watch 5 years old. How do I reset the language to English. It has changed to euro language and it can find the correct way to reset to English??? 

Select the action key, and select Settings > System. > Language

Alternatively, you can do a factory reset. this deletes all user-entered information and activity history.
Select the action key > Settings > System > Restore Defaults > Yes.
