Connection problem

I have VA4s and Xiaomi redmi note phone, worked fine before reclaim, now I cant connect the watch with the app, BT is switched on and the watch is visible there as paired, but I try EVERYTHING and the watch are in the app still shown as not connected, I left the sync on for like 10 minutes, but no change... I am desperate
