I ran your fit file through Fit File Tools Section Remover and came up with this - 2020-10-21-08-19-11-fixed.zip
It is suggested to keep the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder periodically cleaned by making sure all is synced then removing all the files within that folder. Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space on a Garmin Fitness Device
