Do not disturb DND

Hi,

When I manually turn on DND on my android phone, I would like my watch to be silent too. (forerunner 645).

Is this possible?

The phone does not show notifications during DND. But the watch does. The vibration wakes me up.

I've seen this posted several times, but is there any update on this? (I'm new to the forum, no idea where Garmin keeps the "feature requests")

There seems to be a few posts about this bug. And it is a bug. The app controls which notifications are forwarded from the phone and could very easily block this as it's running on the phone that currently…

Support can't forward ideas apparently. I was told to fill in a form here: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/ideas/

Sadly the ideas just go into a black hole, so you have no idea if someone has even looked at it. Certainly no chance to vote on other people's ideas.

I've had a Forerunner 235 for years that just crapped out. Was going to buy a new Garmin but the fact that this issue hasn't been taken care of likely means I'm not going to buy one - it's the only complaint I have with Garmin. This is basic.

I have the same impression. I have sent my ideas many times. Of course, I have not received any response, nor has any idea been implemented. For a long time now, I have had the impression that big companies only say that they care about user feedback, while in reality this is not the case at all.
