Connectivity problem

My device keeps switching the Bluetooth of my android phone off each time I want to sync the device and the App. What could be the cause of such action?

More likely it is the phone that turns off the BT. Battery optimizing, safety measures, and other phone parameters may be behind it. Have a look at the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide, listing most of the known issues, and offering tips for fixing them.
