Show Performance Stats for Garmin Instinct.

I have a garmin instinct. Is there any way to turn on the PERFORMANCE STATS IN in the android connect app , like you can for the fenix and forerunner etc.

Not showing performance stats doesn't make any sense, since the Instinct still records the GPS, hr etc.

Performance stats heavily rely on VO₂, and since Instinct does not have that feature, it also does not have Performance Condition, Training Effect, Training Status, and other performace related features…

PulseOX is not used for training effect. PulseOx is not used for anything so you can turn that off.

For training effect you only need heart rate.

For training status you need VO2 max and training load.

BTW, Garmin Instinct Solar does not have PulseOx (red light sensor). It has only optical heart rate monitor (using green light sensor). Unless you own the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar, there are both the VO₂max and the PulseOx features, though.

OK, I see and stand corrected. It is the non-solar version only that is without PulseOx. Still, what Andy wrote stands. There is no direct relation between the PulseOx sensor, and VO₂max. You need Instinct 2 for VO₂max.
