Hello, my Fenix 5 records my heart rate correctly and also displays the course correctly. Neither the Connect App nor the web interface does this. But it doesn't simply show no recording, but 50 bpm continuously since the beginning of the new day. Except for the heart rate, all data is synchronized correctly. I have not actively adjusted anything. Why is that?
