Gaps in the stress graph

Hello, what are these gaps in the stress graph due to, I read that it happens when a heart rate is not detected, but the heart rate graph and

no gaps....

  • it may be that I keep it too tight on the wrist ... I don't like the watch to move even a little on the wrist, I keep it a little tight on the wrist, if I take it off I have the mark of the strap anJoyheart rate sensor printed on the wristJoy

  • The gaps mean that stress was not measurable, not necessarily that HR was not available. Stress is not measurable for different reasons. The missing HR is one of them, of course, too, but there are other reasons - for example activity. When you are active (moving), there is a change of HRV that the algorithm cannot tell whether it comes due to the stress or due to the effort, hence it stops measuring the stress.
