Can't save costum workouts

I jist bought a brand new vivoactive 3, spent almist an hour editing a costum strength workout on the app, on my android s20+...but when I tried to save it, I kept getting this annoying message "please choose a move for each step". I tried searching for a solution, but haven't found it. Saw someone on a different forum with the same problem on forerunner, but apparently the answer waz that forerunner was incompatible with strength workouts...but on garmin's support page doesn't day anything of the sort about vivoactive 3. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's so frustrating,after spendint so ling editing the workout, to not br able to save it...ugh!

  • Hi. I'm not sure if the Vivoactive 3 does custom workouts, I think it does because it is listed as being able to do advanced workouts with it. However the error you are seeing isn't because of that. You have to choose a movement for each Warm Up and Workout line in order for it to save. So, for each line with the Blue or Red bar on the side, you need to tap on it, then tap on Exercise where it also says, "Select an exercise", and then choose the appropriate movement. If you can't find the exact movement that you will be doing, then choose the closest one. After you do that, you should be able to save it and then hopefully sync it to your Vivoactive 3. I hope this helps
