Can you upload manually to your Garmin Connect Web account? Connect USB cable to your watch and your computer then go to file explorer \Garmin\Activity and look for your activity in that folder. Drag and drop that file onto this page - Garmin Connect import page.
Does it upload or do you get an error message, such as "We don't support the file type you tried to import."
