Getting Activity back help....

Hey,

I accidentally swiped and got rid of my 2 activities on the Garmin app homepage, I was to late to hit the "undo" I was wondering how I get them back? I tried uploading them again from plugging in the watch but says it's already there.

Any help would be magic.

Can you see the activities listed in Garmin Connect Web?

Yeah they are mate, for some reason, it has no effect on my training load too.
