Garmin Connect App (Android) cannot show HIGH and RESTING heartrate

It can only show LIVE heartrate
and my heartrate record is missing since 21 Sept.

Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.
