My half marathon race day is on November 15 and I've set a goal to run it (with Greg) in 1:54, but my plan seems to be stuck. I'm only being assigned short (35 min) easy runs, even on my long run day, and some short goal pace runs. I've tried pausing and resuming it, changing the number of run days... Nothing is working. This is not enough mileage to help me succeed! Help!
