Not sure what threshold you want to reset, but if you mean Lactate Threshold, then you can perform a so-called "Guided Test" to have it measured again. Read more about it in the document How Is Lactate Threshold Measured by My Garmin Device? and/or look up the term in the user manual for your device, to find out how to do it exactly, since it may vary from model to model.
