I noticed that my sleep changes under the day. When I wake up it is somethi g and later on the day it becomes something different. T.ex 3 h 22m deep sleep+4h 16m lightsleep when I waked up became 3h 10s light sleep+3h REM. I though first that it changes after my sleep period even if I wake up earlier but no, it changes long after my sleep period ends. Anyone has the same experience or explaination. Rgrds
