Cómo borro el registro de actividades realizadas a lo largo del año? Quiero borrar las actividades pq cada vez tarda más el teléfono en sincronizarse con el reloj tras realizar y guardar una acitividad. Gracias!

If I understand correctly, you want to delete your activates from your Garmin device? If so, after making sure you've synced everything, connect your Garmin USB cable to your Garmin and a Windows PC. Using File Explorer open the \Garmin\Activity folder. Delete all the .fit files within that folder.
