Why do you need a powermeter with cycling to get your VO2max ? What is the difference with running, is there a powermeter in the watches?

Because now when i'm running i getting an VO2max result, and not with cycling, so i think my VO2max isn't correct anymore?
but with running you have also much variables that the watch didn't now?
Yes, but these variables usually have minimal impact on the estimated effort, whereas during cycling power is absolutely crucial. Without it the device has no idea what kind of effort you're making.

If you run on hard surface AND the wind is not very significant AND you don't carry extra load (like a backpack), then the VO2max estimate for running should be reasonable.
I am still wondering about my vo2 max. Garmin connect says it is bad (32) and I am like a 72 years old while I am 66. I run the 15 min with a little more than 10 km/hr and my heart rate is about 100% max( i use max as 220-age) under about the whole time. Neither me or any other one can see that as a 72 old man but Venu does. Any ideas?

This is your mistake. This way your watch thinks that...
heart rate is about 100% max
... and seeing that you're at your maximum at 10 kph thinks that you're in a bad shape.
Today Garmin app gave me the magic youth water and I am 60 years old instead of 72 for afew days ago. That sound more logical and it did make me happy. Thank you tmk2 which draw my attention to the maxx heart beat which was the default but it was not the right one. Now 87% of my workout is in zone 4.
