Activities not record correctly

I run about 10k today when I check my activities it said I run about 1:33:33, 10.1km and pace 9.15. But when I check detail, pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation bars are flat. It shows average and max. And time is different, 169:33:33. But in strava, I can see all chart ups and down. Here's some pics.

I check in browser, there's problem if I see time based.

Here's If I choose distance

I hope someone can help me.

  • It looks like you forgot to stop the last activity from a week ago. So you only re-started the one started the last week. Open the activity in Garmin Connect Web, select Trim activity in the activity menu, and remove the 6 days the bike was waiting for you to go on the ride, keeping only the actual ride - the graphs will look all rigth then.

I try to trim activity but it's kind of difficult. Maybe I just leave it like this. One thing that I want to know, my last activity was thursday (17 September) and I always stop everytime finish my activities. So it's weird if it's continuing from my last activity.

  • I try to trim activity but it's kind of difficult.

Why exactly? The trimming is done rather simply, and you can do it several times, if you do not manage on the first attempt. You can also always revert to the original.

So it's weird if it's continuing from my last activity.

Not really. It can happen easily - you stop your activity after the last of the ride, and inadvertently push the start button again, and that's it. If you let it in that state, and the device does not discharge, the activity will be ready to start recording till you come and take the bike on the ride.

.. err, I see it was a run, not a bike ride, but the principle is the same. Zoom on the graphs in Garmin Connect Webb (selecting a smaller section by the mouse), and you'll see I am right. Or make the activity visible to Everyone (see the paddlock symbol on the Activity page), and post the link to it here, so that we can look at it.

  • the easiest way to trim would be probably in the Distance mode - just enter the starting distance something like ~20m, let the end open, and trim. In this way you remove all the time, when the device was not moving at the beginning

i think i always save my activity and uploaded to garmin connect / strava. This activities from garmin coach so it will be stop and i just save my activities.

Distance mode is fine, it recorded my 10.1K, the problem is in time mode.

The last thing, i cannot trim, because my actual record is in first minutes, then somehow stuck for hours and then recorded again in last minutes. .

Here's my activiy, maybe you can spot what's going on with my data.

Might be easier if you zip the fit file and attach it to this thread. We might be able to fix this for you. Or if you want to try it yourself there is the free (or donation) FitFileTools.

  • Distance mode is fine,

You speak about the viewing mode, while I meant triming it in the Distance mode. Once you trim it in the Distance mode, by setting the start at ~300m, the Activity will look all right both in Time and Distance viewing mode as well.

As I wrote, your activity is spread over one week - there uis some 240m in 16 minutes one week ago, thern nothing for a long time and the some 10km today. You can easily see it, when you zoom the beginning and/or the end of the graphs (by selectiong a section with the mouse):

The full activity (see there is shortly some motion only week ago, and today)

    Zoomed to the start:

    Zoomed to the end:

Another possibility is that the date was not set corectly on your watch when you started, and got synchronized with the GPS only after those 16 minutes into your run, causing so the jump of ~160 hours
