restart phone didn’t work. Had to delete and reinstall the app.

Which Garmin device do you have? Is it set as your primary connected device in Garmin Connect?

If you've recently updated to Garmin Connect version 4.35, I suggest restarting your phone. There have been cases where certain features were missing, but appeared after a restart. If that doesn't work, you may have discovered a bug that should be reported to Garmin Support.
