How I can adjust resting calories

Hello

My fenix 5s calculates my resting calories too high. I cannot manage to find out how to lower it/ adapt it manually?

The RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) is calculated on the basis of your gender, age, weight, height, and the Activity Class, as set in your User Profile. Please note that the RMR is not identical to BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). It is slightly higher, so do not expect it to be the same as the BMR you calculated for yourself on some website.
