I am trying to sync with my cellphone.. But it stops on memory I full... I have checked the watch but there is nothing stored on the watch.. No history. No activities

this watch is only 5months old. I load data like sleep and heart rate onto Ipad. No activities data. Before this I had a vivoactive that just stopped-no water or impact damage. You have bad quality products, Plwase advise.
