Missing Intensity Minutes

No intensity minutes are being displayed on PCConnect or mobile Android Connect after six total workouts. I have tried two Garmin devices, Fenix 6 and Edge 1030 and still no intensity minutes. Also, I have used a Garmin Dual HR Strap in addition to the Fenix 6 HR data.

Could you post a link to the activity showing the heart rate graph, and the HR zones? You must reach or exceed 10 consecutive minutes where your heart rate is elevated above the threshold that is considered moderate intensity.

Did a soft reset of my Fenix 6, and the HR data that wasn't syncing with my mobile Connect is now syncing correctly and intensity minutes now displayed. Thanks
