How to edit "training pages" via Garmin connect

Hello,

I am a long-year Polar user, and I am used to set up in the Polar-flow web and mobile app my training pages:

It seems I cannot do this via the Garmin app or website, or do I miss something?

I can do it via the watch itself, but it takes much more time Disappointed

  • Unfortunately it seems there is no one else interested in this function?

This is one of the very few things about Polar I really miss at Garmin Disappointed

  • How often do you need to do it? Usually once or twice and that's it. If it takes 5 minutes more or less, won't kill you. Would be certainly nice, but it's no big and urgent issue needing immediate solution. Suggest it to Garmin, and hope there are others who did alike, so that the task gets higher on the todo list of Garmin developers. I am still afraid, there are many much more pressing issues needing their attention before this one.

  • hmm, on Polar I was playing alot adjusting my views, especially because it was really convenient ... I did suggest it to Garmin, but I'd like to see more people wishing for it ;)

I just hate pushing buttons on my wathc for things I am used do to very quick in web or mobile interfaces :)

  • Well, if you changed from Polar to Garmin, then it looks like Garmin's choice of priorities while developing their products was better than at Polar. Cosmetic functions like this one are certainly pleasant to use, but their development costs a lot of time and money, that could be spent better on more important tasks.

  • well let's say it is something more then cosmetic to me ;)
i'd like to say it is proably the one feature I miss most from Polar

  • i'd like to say it is proably the one feature I miss most from Polar

And still, you are here, and not at Polar ;-D. So finally it looks like it pays to focus on the principal points when developing devices like this. Garmin could have invested more money and time for the fine details, fulfilling all diverse wishes of the users, and exhausting their resources on it, but people would leave just like you left Polar for Garmin, because they neglected the more important issues, spending too much time on less important details.
