I follow a garmin coach training program. For my long runs I want to use a gpx course so I can run further even where I do not know my way so well. However I can either select my programmed training or the gpx course, not both. I also cannot upload the gpx-run I ran into the training programme later. Is there another option besides skipping my programmed training? When I am away from home I prefer runnung with gpx guidance but that would interfere with my training programme.
