Good evening, I have doubts about how to interpret the "activity class" table ... it seems that this refers only to aerobic work (running ...) and not to anaerobic work.
I only practice bodybuilding, I train in the weight room 5 times a week for a total of about 5 hours (about 1 hour each workout) which value should I enter?
Furthermore ... it is advisable to look at the weekly training hours as all 5 hours, or only the actual hours of training (therefore excluding recoveries between one set and another)
