I would like a crossfit mode, it's possible you think ?

Use Cardio. Crossfit does not require any specific monitoring that would differ from Cardio

Thx but When i use cardio mode, i have juste 150 cal burn after one hours. It's not god...

The Calories are based on your heart rate, not on the name of the activity. The higer HR, the higher Calories. The selection of the Activity type is irrelevant.
