Disabling Messages notification to self ?

I am wondering if I can disable my Fenix to stop notifying me of my own messages. It's redundant and not necessary. Maybe it is just the messenger app,, but whenever I send a message reply, my watch notifies me also. Am on Android 10 (Samsung messenger but I think it does it for others too).

As far as I can tell these "SMS Sent" notifications are generated by Android 10 itself and are a result of the Google June [or maybe earlier] Android 10 Security Patch. This behaviour started after the restart to apply the Security Patch.

I get these "SMS Sent" notifications on my watches even if I reply to SMS messages directly on the phone. (I use Microsoft's SMS Organizer app.) They are the Android 10 operating system letting the user know that an app has sent an SMS message,

That's pretty much what I was realizing after posting this. It's essentially the same notification that shows up on the phone and Garmin is neutral to what it shows.
