Since 04/06 from here,the estimate of calories burned dropped suddenly. I think it was caused by calories in rest, as the pictures show. My HR is the same, I am improve the frequency of runs, my wheight is the same. what could be happening?

As far as I can see on the graphs you posted, the resting part (RMR - the blue bars) is consistent for all dates shown, so I wonder why you think it is caused by it. Apparently it is caused by lower Active Calories (green bars), most likely due to lower HR during the workouts. Since you did not post any HR data for the concerned days (just the max HR graph which does not reveal anything), we cannot tell you for sure, but from the Calories graphs, it is clear the active part differs. And the active part is depending on the HR (and also on avg Resting HR, and VO₂).
